Bank mortgage on property

I am doing business I have taken the loan in icici bank without income tax return I have mortgage my property and taken the loan amount according to the government value now I cant able to repay the loan bank bank gave me notices. They told me that we auction your property it is commercial property the bank had right to vacant the tenant to seal the property? Bank has the right to auction on non mortgage property also( I am having other property) Pls Hlp me..
