As per RTI can we get the bank account statement of ex-wife in whom every month maintenance amount is getting deposited. what will be the process for the same.

 Bank is under an obligation not to disclose its customers' account details to any third party other than the customer as it falls within the exemption provisions of Section 8 (1)(d)(e) and (j) of the RTI Act. 

bank is a custodian of money and can not share information of its customer with anyone except govt agency.

moreover with RTI one can ask the internal functioning of the authority/ organisation and not the information about customer or client info.
