A person expired having a bank account in the name of firm without appointing a nominee.  Bank says account will be freezed and amount standing in account cannot be withdrawn also

Question 1:  Can the same account be continued in the name of firm changing the propietor to wife/brother since business will be run by them

Question 2:  If not, then can money be withdrawn and new account be opened in same name with different proprietor.
