A person having a proprietorship firm has expired.  He had a current account with the bank in the name of the firm but did not appoint a nominee.  Now the bank is saying that the account is freezed and cannot be operated and the funds can also not be withdrawn.  Is there a way that the account keeps running in the name of the firm which will be run by his wife or brother now or the money can be withdrawn before account is closed and a new account opened in the same name with a different proprietor
