Bank Notice

Sir, I have a loan from a private bank , as I am defaulter for the same they have sent me a notice of lawyer on mail gave 15 days to communicate, mentioned that other wise they will take legal action, what shoul I do? Will they sent the notive to my residancial address? what kind of action should I take to resolve the problem?
