Bailing procedure

what is the procedure to take bail ? And how much vl it costs ??  can anone take bail alone without any help of lawyer ??

depends on what is the offence, which court,what is the stage of case etc

and very much on the lawyer too whom u approch

if u need one who is expert and specialist you hav to pay more

Hi, Bail is a court proceedure to make sure the accused's presence at court. if the accuded provided sufficient sureties to the satisfacation of the court, bail will be granted. sufficient sureties depends on the gravity of the alleged offence.

for example will take it as a murder !! what is the procedure 2 take bail ??

and suppose am not financially sound to heir a layer to take bail in that situation will court will per him 2 take bail for him self ??

This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing First Information Report lodged as Case Crime No.480 of 2015 under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Hazratganj, district Lucknow (Annexure-1). 
Learned counsel appearing for respondent State has made a statement at the Bar on behalf of the investigating agency that the offences invoked against the petitioner entail a sentence of less than seven years. In such circumstance, the investigating agency shall strictly comply with provisions of Section 41A CrPC, as directed by the� Hon'ble Supreme court of India in Arnesh Kumar versus State of Bihar and another,� (2014) 8 SCC 273. 
Considering the statement given by learned counsel for respondent State, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that this petition be disposed of, as not pressed. 
The writ petition is disposed of, as not pressed.
