After 2 years of filing 498a and DV bitter half and her mother filed a complaint in the court that they gave us 8lakh rs during marriage. Police did the investigation in Kanpur and said that no case of 406 can be formed. However, court registered a case based on prima facie that they went to my house and asked for their articles and it was not given to them
We moved to Allahabad high court which put a stay on my sister and mother. However no relief was granted to me. HC order is awaited to be read.
My lawyer told me that in 406 lower court judges are rejecting the bail. My concern is on what grounds a lower court judge would reject the bail and how should I deal with this situation
