Bail bond

I had received anticipatory bail 3 years back at that time the police office did not filled the bail bond. Now before filling of charge sheet he wants me to fill the bail bond. Is it now legitimate to fill the bail bond and would there be any repercussions on me if I fill it now or deny to fill it?

bale bond necessary in any granted bale application with other alongwith conditions decided by court in order.so u can fillup bond no problem
