I'm new to this forum.
Have a query,
I am basically from Backward class caste from Andhra pradesh.
Due to recent BC creamy layer & non-creamy layer separation, I'm not sure if I comes under creamy layer.
Could you please advice eligibility criteria in AP state please..

Kindly look into the attachment:
"The Supreme Court recognises creamy layer as individuals from backward classes who have an annual income of more than Rs 4.5 lakh."
National Commission for Backward Castes"The present definition of income to exclude OBCs from employment quota stands at Rs 2.5 lakh, the income criteria could be raised to Rs 4 lakh or Rs 6 lakh."
It shall be appropriate to visit the DC office of your area as they must be having the notifications.
