BOMBAY POLICE ACT 116 ,117 . effect on government job

I was caught smoking in public place by police and they filed FIR ,charged under Bombay police act section 116,117. I paid fine of 100rs in court . Will this affect my upsc/army selection? Do i need to mention about this anywhere in thr form?
