1) False complaint lodged by a woman employee under crime Act 506.Section A & B not defined by police

2) Fir opened by police .

3) Should I take bail or not?

4) Should I take first Anticipatory bail or Then  i apply for regular bail?

5) Or Apply directly regular bail in the court?

at present you can take only one bail that is anticipatory

else you want to be arrested first and then take bail
