Hi,
I had a query, my divorce is due at the end of the month. Where in all settlements are done and the opposite party is ok with divorce. My question is s, if both parties want a divorce , is it necessary to wait for those 90days ( appeal period ) as non of the parties want to appeal the case.
My case is in Goa , and usually we wait for 90 days for appeal period and then another 30 days after publishing the divorce.
If this can be done, can someone advice me as how it can be done ,and what kind of a agreement or application should be submitted
