It is clarified by the department that Cenvat Credit of tax dues paid under Voluntary Compliance Encouragement Scheeme , 2013 is covered under by the exclusion clause given under Rule 9(1)(bb) of CENVAT Credit Rules , 2004 and hence , credit would not be available.
