Audio recording judgements

dear lawyers/experts - today i filed a petition asking permission to present audio recordings in the divorce case filed by me but the family judge returned asked for some high courts/superme court rulings.

Hence, request all to send me links from supreme courts and high courts to say audio / video recordings are pemrissible evidence in divorce case in family courts.

thank you in advance!

Your lawyer can provide the citations.

The onus to prove may fall upon you.

Discuss with your lawyer.

Also remind the Judge of section 14 of Family Court

14. Application of Indian Evidence Act, 1872.-A Family Court may receive as evidence any
report, statement, documents, information or matter that may, in its opinion. assist it to deal
effectually with a dispute, whether or not the same would be otherwise relevant or admissible
under the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (1 of 1872).
