Dear Experts,

Can either party represent themselves without attorneys/ lawyers to their respective Arbitrators ?

yes parties can represent themselves. but it would be wise to appont a lawyer because a lawyer may put forth the points in a proper manner and might quote relevant acts, sections, case laws and citations if so required.

Thanks for your valuable reply Mr. Rohit,

With due regard to all Law professionals for whom I owe lot of respect...

As a matter of fact, I could not get a reply to my query on "Legality of a Construction Contract" asked in a separate thread under Buisiness Law - Sub-head - Contracts. Iam afraid that I may have put a wrong or senseless query to be anwered, but if that is the case, atleast some could have replied me that my query is baseless and does not have any sense.

I would sincerely appreciate you to look into that query and answer if you find that as an appropriate question to be asked in this kind of forum, if not please reply that the query is senseless atleast.

Kind regards,

Srinivas
