sir, i need some clarification. I need an affidavit for passport which is to be attested by a First class Magistate or Executirve Magistrate. Shall the same affidavit attested by a Notary Lawyer is valid? pls clarify my doubt.

In case of illeterates the affidavit sworn by the applicant should be attested by a Magistrate or Notary as per Passport Rules.
