That if I have carried out search u/s 165 and after search I came to know next day that there were a CCTV Camera which recording is also required for due investigation. Accused willingly offered to provide same and same was seized by handling over taking memo in presence of independent witness. In which section I should submit the report to court as I have already submitted the compliance report of searches carried out u/s165 and this was willingly handed over by the accused persons and I have to extract the data from these articles for investigation.
