Dear Sir,

The answer to your question, according to my experience is yes you can write an application stating the matters on which settlement took place between you and your partner. Further, you may submit the application in the court and clear the status between the two parties to the Hon'ble Court of Justice. However, if the court thinks that any issue has been unanswered or left unsettled then the case cannot be closed until there is clarity to all the issues mentioned in the suit.
