Arrears of Family pensionary benefits

If an unmarried daughter doesn't know about the pensionary benefits, can she received the arrears of pensionary rights for the period where she doesn't received the amount?

Yes, if employer accept her claim in full, otherwise from date of application.

If she is the only legal heir, she may write a letter to the Head where employer last worked and seek procedure for claiming arrerars and documents required for claiming such arrears enclosing such legal heir certificate.
