Dear friends,
One of our Broking Company, has one client filed case to high court after the judgement of IGR. They did not go for Arbitration award. IS this valid before arbitration can investor go to high court?..Pls clarify it & also give reference of case laws.

Yes, It is true for an investor cannot move to the court directly before arbitration is done.
