Is there any provision in Arbitration Act to implead third party and seek part relief from him ?

Yes!Section 45 of Arbitration and Consiliation /act provides for  impleeadment of 3rd parties in case parties to the  arbitration agreement or anyone  claiming  through him inxcludes not signato r parties to the arbitratiomn greements.They may PROVIDE PART RELEIEF.I'm attaching  a discussion on section 44 nd section 45 which allows third party impleadment and releif.
