If you are applying a job other than the Government, you need to resign the present job.If it is Govenment job,you can have the sevice counted for pension.

Why do you want to hide??

I doubt that on hiding previous work experience any benefits can be claimed.

Do not hide from your new recruiter.

This (forwarding of application) has been an issue for so many Govt Officers a collective action is required to change this system.  A respected member has described the position aptly : https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/forum/Is-Forwarding-of-Employment-Applications-Through-Proper-Channel-Submission-of-NOC-at-the-time-of-Interview-in-CPSUs-from-CPSU-employee-necessary-when-it-is-not-insisted-upon-Private-Sector-Employee--2131.asp#.VGxF7WcXIvs

Your intended action is illegal, better not to venture into such hasty ideas, this will prove hazardous to you in the later stage.

Agreed. Don't conceal.
