I have been recently acquitted from 498A, 504,506 charges with detailed judgment.
I want to apply for 'Fresh Passport' for myself (Never applied before.)
There is following information asked in ' other details' of Fresh Passport form:
1. Have you ever been charged with criminal proceedings or any arrest warrant/ summon pending
before a court of India? *
should I answer Yes for the abovementioned question even after acquittal?
