We have applied for MCD. In our last appearence in the court, the Judge accepted to give mutual consent divorce for us. Also the Judge said that to come again to the court to get the divorce order on a specific later date. Later, our advocate said to us that we have to come to the court again on the above said later date and apply for getting divorce order and around 10 days after that we will get the order.
will it take more than a month to get the divorce order? Please provide your suggestions on this.
