Who is the Appellant Authority to Collector Rehabilitaiton (Land)?
In my case the Order passed by Collector Rehabilitation (Land) at Pune, Maharashtra was revised by Addittional Commissioner, Pune.
Is that right.
I wish to seek some Rehabilitation Laws Advice.
