Appeals

Sir,

why in CIVIL CESAS an appeal is made against the person in whose favour the JUDGEMENT  was given in the

lower court instead of  AGAINST THE JUDGE WHO DELIVERED THE JUDGEMENT SINCE THE APPEAL IS

MADE NORMALLY  AGAINST  THE JUDGEMENT ONLY. KINDLY CLARIFY WETHER THE LOWER COURT

JUDGE SHOULD BE MADE AS PARTY IN THE APPEAL

Dont be so naive about such issues.  A judge can deliver judgement after hearing both the parties to suit, so aggrieved over the judgement the aggrieved party prefers an appeal against the judgement and not against the judge, better read law books to get some basic knowledge about law instead of raising such academic queries.
