Appeal on withdrew suit - feasibility

My grandfather executed a registered will making me as beneficiary. After knowing this after my grandfather's demise, his other sons fabricated an unregistered will stating partition of the property. The suit was on trial when the plaintiffs came to a compromise. Hence after agreeing for a compensation, the plaintiffs NOT PRESSED the suit. Now my question is, can the suit be reopened on any grounds? Can they go for an appeal against the dismissal of suit made by trail court? Because I still do not believe the genuineness of plaintiffs.
