Appeal in hc before judgement

Dear Sir,

I was charged in IPC 452, 294, 324 506 sections,

If i will come to know in the Lower Court judgement is against me, can I appeal in High court before the Judgement is delivered in lower court .

Is this possible, or any other option that I can Prevent myself incase i came to know that judgement if against there?

Kindly Advice me sir,

Judgment of a lower court can be challenged before a higher court only after that judgment is delivered. You cannot challenge it before that since it does not exist before that stage.

 

 

Secondly, if you feel that the lower court is not fair and/or is prejudiced against you, it may be possible for you to approach the competent court for transfer of the case to another lower court; of course, you’ll have to provide proof of such unfairness and/or the prejudice. This can be done even before the judgment stage is reached in the lower court.
