remidy is file to appeal to appellat court.

u can file a revision petition.But you should have the authority of either Hon'ble High Court or Hon'ble Supreme Court in your favour.

u can either file appeal or revision boths are available if u file appeal later u can convert into revision. if u r appeal is not addmited.
