Appeal disposal time in high courts

Wife filed maintenance under crpc 125 alleging false statements. During mediation I told that I will contest the case. Because she left my home as her own with her parents and permission of my parents which is duly written and signed in our local police station registrar.

My question is if any amount of maintenance is awarded in family court by considering these facts can I go for appeal and how many years the high court will take to make the verdict of appeal.
