Dear Experts,
Please point me to good source of information regarding laws related to Apartment Owners Association in UP. I and my wife are joint owner of the flat. I don't have a time but my wife wants to be member of AOA. However some people are of opinion that only first owner (whose name appears first on the registry and other documents) can be a member and voter. Is that correct?
