How many votes can an Owner have in a Apartment Owners Association, if that person owns more than one apartment?
Does the developer has any voting rights in the Apartment Owners Associationon on the basis of number of apartments he is holding due to not being sold?

Noprmallly it is one vote per flat.

If the flat has been sold and there is a sales deed, I agree, one vote per flat. What is the case if the developer or the original land owner is holding a number of flats without registering in anybody's name?
