I Vidya Sagar, buy a flat in Nizamabad. This apartment permission taken in the year 2014 and according to permission to be end in 2016. Construction of building (apartment ) completed. Whether they Applied for building completion certificate or not , I don't know. when i approached Municipal office, they replied building assessment was not done. but Officials of municipal officer taking mutation forms and sending tax receipts. Still our apartment don't have occupancy certificate. What i want know means which will comes first 1. Assessment of building 2. Mutation Process 3. Occupancy Certificate . I request the lawyer Sirs and Madams, guide me to choose right way to get justice to me and to co flat owners. Thank you and I hope reply get soon.
