One of My friends Ahle hadis (muslim) want to construct the maseed in their village.They were applied for the permission in the local officers and also the district officers. At Present in this town 7 maseed's available. those maseed's are belongs to Tablic Jamath. The Tablic Jamathe Muslim People were objected to construct the maseed in their village. Their objection is many of the people were following the Tablic Jamath (muslim). if they are started this maseed they do the illegal activity and the difference in the muslim community. The collector given order to stop the constuction temporarly. The Ahlehadis friends approached the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. The high court asked the explanation to the collector and also Superendent of Police .why you given the order to stop the masquee construction. For that the District collector call for the both parties on the name of the Peace Meeting. Only Attend the Seven Maseed Elders from each maseed 2 members. and the Ahlehadis commitee members with the presence of the DSP, CI, SI . But the Tablic Jamathe Muslim were attend the 500 people on that meeting. and only 8 members of the Tablic Jamathe Commetee people. In front of the Police Officers The Tablic Jamathe Muslim were done the Roiting. In that incident 3 people were got injuries. The Police were totally failure to give the protection and to controle them. Who are participated in this act they were out of the their town. After this incident the police where filed the case upon the Tablic Jamath people but the police where caught the on person amoung them. next day they relised from the Jail.
Q. 1. They can had the right to costruct the maseed in their town?
Q. 2. The Collector not considering the high court decision. The same problem arised in the Guntur District , The HC give the dicision favour of the Ahlehadis Muslims?
Q .3. Any action can take upon the collector? how to procede forther?
Q.4. What is the perminent solution for this problem?
many of the Ahlehadis people were alway facing the problem.
