Any law for bad food served by pg accomodation

Hi all,

The question sounds a bit silly but is there any law which persists for serving bad food in a PG accomodation. The workers tend to take the monthly rent only to spend lavishly on their own food and serve bad food for rest of the PG accomodation. The owner of the accomodation is least concerned for the problem.

Is there any way where we can report this problem and get a solution to it.
