Anuthinam land

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

This is perumal from tamil nadu. I have willed(tamil word:uyil) documents. My relative 2 acres kerayam(wrote) to my grand father 50 years ago. We did not have land documents.
We have search in register office. But In register office, that 2 acres are in government land(anuthinam). If any possible for that lands to Claim.
We have only Willed documents proof.

No. You cannot claim govt. land with reference to your will.

Dear Rama Sir,

        This is not wrote in willed document. Orignal land document in register office. In that document tht 2 acres wrote in my grandfater name. but in A1 register that 2 acres are anuthinam land(govrnment land). How this is possible that land go to government side?.
