Anticipatory bail rejected by high court

Hello Everyone,

There was a FIR lodged against two of us in 420 and Information technology act. There was Search warrant issued and Search/Seizure was performed by the police already. Then we have approached the lower District Court with AB application which is Rejected by saying PRIMA FACIE is there. We moved to high court and Applied for AB along with the lower court order. The High Court after taking 2 months again dimissed saying the fact as Prima Facie is met in the case. Now What is the Next Legal Step ? How to handle the situation ?

You have 2 options in such kind of situtuation,

(1) You could approach the Hon'ble Supreme court in case you have a good case made out in your favour.

(2) You could again move 2nd bail application before the Session Judge if there is a discovery of new fact or on any other ground than the previous one bail application.

You will go to supreme court? SC advocate very costly bhaiyaa. See if you can afford or best is to Get arrested. Apply for regular bail which will be granted easily, as bail is right of every citizen accused.

You will not get regular bail easily as Police will keep on linger the investigation on the ground that recovery is to be made. And court will not grant you regular bail.
