It is normal procedure of the Court to issue notice to the relevant Police Station to appear and confirm any warrant is pending against the applicant.
If there is no any warrant pending to the relevant Police Station then judge can issue AB or not ?

only after FIR number ant bail can be granted or without FIR number ant bail can be granted ?
