Dear Sir,

My friend had applied anticipatory bail at High Court, Kolkata. He is warrant person. District Court rejected his anticipatory bail. Can he stay  in his home or there is any problem of Police. He belongs to Jharkhand and the Case is of W. Bengal

Thanks & Regards

it is risky if there is no stay of arrest passed by court.

Dear Sir,

His Anticipatory bail is also rejected by High Court. Now my query is sir :-

1. Can He stay at home after apply anticipatory bail in Supreme Court ?

2. Can his mother, father and wife stay in home without any hindrance ?

Thanks & Regards

no need to worry, stay away from the home till the grant bail.

if family members are no involve then no need to worry to them they should stay at home

Better Surrender before the First Class Magistrate with bail application and obtain bail from his court.
