Annual increment percentage in company

I am working in IT sector. I have 2.6 years experience. Last 5 months I am working in new company. Its start up online shopping company. Only 15 members working now. When I am joined, that time I asked about increment percentage. They told 'as usual' .  I am also not worry about that. 
My salary is 20k.
What is my problem is, when they provide increment and what percentage of increment they will provide ?
As per law, Is there any minimum percentage of increment? Annual increment based on which things ?

Payment of Min wages act refers to fix the minimum wage (Basic and DA) only,  as per your statement your salary is more than min wage. Annual increment is company policy.
