Is there any annual turnover(income) criteria based on which a small(startup) business needs to be registered.
I thought of buying few of my painting which I had drawed and few of my creative items online and wanted to register through payumoney but for registration they (many other online store) needs legal business name.
Do I have to register a business or I can just give PAN Card details and show my income while filling ITR (or paying tax). I dont want to do any sort of fraud (intentionally or by mistake) so I need a legal advice.
