Hi Sir,
I am an Anglo India man going to marry a goan christain girl . We both are of same faith ( Roman Catholic ) and are planning to get married under Indian Christain Act in Chruch . But as per our freinds we cannot do that , as Anglo Indian don't come under Indian Christain as per the law of India .
Please help us with below questions -
1) What marriage act should we get married under ( Special marriage act or Indian Christian Marriage Act )
2) What is a succession act for Anglo Indians , Is it different under Special marriage act or Indian Christian Marriage Act ?
