Ancestral property succession law

Hi Experts,

Please clarify me the following doubts

From my GREAT GRAND FATHER, my GRAND FATHER inherited a portion of land as his share and from him my FATHER has inherited a portion of land as his share.

1.  Now this land will be deemed as WHETHER "Self Acquired Property"  OR  "Ancestral Property" ?

2. Whether my father can make a "WILL" in favor any body omitting one or two of his son or daughter?

3. If my father purchase some more lands in his name purely by the income raised out of the above property then will it be deemed how WHETHER "Self Acquired Property"  OR  "Ancestral Property"?

4. Whether he can gift this land to anybody as he likes without the concern of his son or daughter?

Thanks & Regards

Ancestral property is the one acquired by father or father's father or father's father's father
