My Grand Father is having 3 Daughters and 3 Sons.My Grandfather Expired in 1987.My Grand Father is having 5 Acres Land and One House and One shop. Elder Son has brought one document and told his brothers and Sisters that he wants to construct a house and taking loan from bank.He has kept expensive property on his name and cheap property on his other 2 brothers name and written as 10,000 given to 3 Sisters .He told this is a formality for taking loan and got the document registered in Andrapradesh Lands registration Office in Year 2000.
Recently My Grand Father 2 nd Son and Daughter asked Elder one to distribute the property and the Elder brother Replied that the property is already shared in year 2000.These two want to File a case and get their Property equally.The property was also Unequally Distributed and no Money was paid.
One More thing In year 2000 the three Daughters are having Major children .Is it neccessary for them to sign on this document when property sharing was done ?
Please Suggest whether these two can get their property or not?
