Ancestor property

Hi Team

My Grand Father has 10 acres of agriculture land which was gifted to him by his father in law.

My Grand Father has four sons and two daughters. All of them are married before 1986.

My Grand Father passed away without writing any Will or testament .

So my question is should we distribute this land to even sisters of my father or it can be shared among father and his brothers only.  This Land is in Andhra Pradesh. It is agriculture land

There was no any partition amongst the sons and daughters of grand father, and now the law of succession i.e. The Hindu Succession Act, 2005 is clear that where there is no partition or any testamentary document in favour of any one, share devolved upon the class I heir and now daughter is also class I heir so in this case all the four sons and two daughters are equally entitled to get equal share.
