I have the following query, please suggest.
My Grand Father has 2 sons and 4 daughters and had 6 acres of agricultual land. Elder Son was got married and took his partition of 2 acre that time 2 daughters also were married. after this younger son is taken care of his father and mother and his sisters. he has performed their mariages and taken care of his old age parents performed their last days function also. so remaining 4 acre has come to younger son. now these sisters wants share / partions from this acres. please sugesst on this. whether this is a viable? whether yound son has to give the partition from his part?
