The wife has filed a FIR against the inlaws and the husband concerning domestic violence under section 498A without any proof . In UP the Husband has approached the Hon'ble HC Allahabad for a stay on arrest.
The Hon'ble HC has referred the case to the mediation cell and directed the Husband to pay an amount of 1 Lakh, which would be given to the wife when she comes for mediation.
In case the wife does not come for mediation would the amount be refunded to the Husband and the Inlaws.
