People in my society still not convinced on need of lawyer action.
I need strong Legal Points to convince them for paying fees for lawyer consultations.
I understand lawyer need to study all documents
of project but at least looking at high level please give your expert opinion on
all Questions raised in attached story.
Urgent question will be what documents we ask builder before taking possession of Sales_Office as Club House to ensure legal deal.
