the plaintiff filed a partitionsuit and just after seristedar repot regarding the validity and criteria of cause of action,jurisdiction and paraphernalia of plaint and court fees e.t.c. ..In the next date of hearing the plaintiff sought and file petition for a series of amendment prior to admission.. which is voluminous..The judges reserves it for order..May judge direct to file fresh plaint or instead allow the amendment..plase let me know...
