Am I eligible?

Father passed away in the year 2013 was working in Bank of India (kolkata). Me, being her only daughter am I eligible for his position? Kindly help and suggest. Thanks.

It depend on post your late father serviced and your qualifications and the policy of the banks in your late father used to service.

Only for 2013 till July 2014 whoever's working member had deceased their children can't apply for the position. Does it make any sense? Is there any way out?
